How to use levels adjustment layers in Photoshop

The Levels adjustment layer in Photoshop is often used as a quick way to set the white and black points of your image to extend the dynamic range and increase contrast. You can also use Levels to maximise the dynamic range of specific areas in your image using layer masks. In this video I describe one of the easy ways I use levels to make features in my photos really pop.
